Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for active services, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and accounting. Access controls, encrypted transport, restricted uploads, backups, and security monitoring are used in production.
International processing
Because sourcing is coordinated from Guangzhou through a Hong Kong company for international buyers, information may be processed across jurisdictions where the relevant service providers operate.
